Meet the Team
Charlotte Ord
Charlotte earned her honours degree in Psychology & Sociology at the University of Surrey and is a certified personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach. She was named Personal Trainer of the Year 2010 at the International Fitness Showcase Awards, and is a trainer on ITV1’s hit show, The Biggest Loser. Charlotte is also head strength and conditioning coach for the England lacrosse team, and has featured in a number of leading health and fitness publications including Men’s Health, Women’s Health and Women’s Fitness.
Charlotte is a former professional event rider and competed horses internationally. She was a member of the Junior England lacrosse squad and has also represented her county in a number of other sports. She continues to set goals for herself and believes this is a key ingredient to achieving your best. She is absolutely passionate about coaching and helping others WIN, whether in sport or the game of life.
Charlotte continually strives for excellence and works with her team at Phoenix Pro Fitness to ensure our clients receive the very best in coaching, training programmes, service and results.
Matt Jordan
Matt is a health and fitness specialist at Phoenix Pro Fitness. Exercise and sport have always played a big part in his life and a career in the fitness industry was a natural progression for him. Seeing results and improvements in his clients every day, whether it be in semi-private or class environments, gives Matt great satisfaction and continuously inspires him to be the best he can be. Matt firmly believes that fitness should be fun! He has a passion for competitive sports and regularly participates in running and triathlon events of varying distances, and his personal goals are to complete an Ironman and Ultra Marathon.
Richard Jones
Richard is a health and fitness expert at Phoenix Pro Fitness. Having overcome his own barriers, Richard completed the London marathon in 2007 and frequently competes in runs of varying lengths.
Richard has a huge passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals and is particularly passionate about enabling others to discover the same love of a fit and healthy lifestyle.
His goal as a coach is to facilitate healthy practices in his clients through effective exercise, diet, improved self esteem, and most of all, fun!
Ludo
Ludo is a key member of the Phoenix Pro team and takes his fitness very seriously. With his infectious energy and enthusiasm he helps to maintain the fantastic atmosphere for which our club is renowned!
